“Amorphous Mass” is a daring exploration of GODLESS' distinctive sound, pushing the boundaries of old-school death metal while retaining the raw intensity of extreme metal and the relentless energy of thrash. Dark and intense, the song reflects the themes of experimentation, altered states of consciousness, and the blurring of boundaries between the physical and psychological realms. It evokes a sense of unease and foreboding, while also delivering a visceral and exhilarating musical experience.

The band stated about the new song: "Amorphous Mass dives headfirst into the realms of experimentation with devolution. It’s inspired by the psychedelic sci-fi horror film 'Altered States,' and delves into themes of altered consciousness, genetic memories, and the terrifying consequences of tampering with the fabric of existence."

With influences ranging from Slayer to Morbid Angel, the Indian quartet delivers a relentless onslaught of raw intensity and unbridled ferocity, leaving listeners breathless and exhilarated. As the band prepares to embark on a thrilling tour across India, UAE and Europe, Amorphous Mass stands as a testament to their unwavering dedication to pushing the boundaries of extreme metal.

From humble beginnings in India's vibrant metal scene, GODLESS swiftly ascended to the pinnacle of the country's death metal hierarchy. Rooted in uncompromising ferocity, the band's ethos revolves around delivering lightning-fast, thrash-influenced death metal that shatters eardrums.

Formed in 2015 by seasoned musicians entrenched in the Indian metal landscape, GODLESS quickly diversified into other old-school metallic forms. Their journey gained momentum with the release of the EP "Centuries of Decadence" in 2016, mixed and mastered by Joe Haley of Psycroptic fame, earning accolades from esteemed publications like Rolling Stone India and Terrorizer. Bolstered by support slots for acts like Psycroptic and Jeff Loomis, GODLESS unleashed its sophomore EP "Swarm" in 2018, featuring a guest appearance by Tom "Fountainhead" Geldschlager. The band's relentless pursuit of sonic extremity led to a victory at Metal Battle India and a landmark performance at Wacken Open Air.

The band keeps busy constantly with new music and tours and has toured Europe and Asia extensively. In 2021, GODLESS made history by collaborating with Over the Moon Brew Co. to craft its first beer, a doppelbock. The release of their debut LP "States of Chaos" further solidified the band's stature, with it reaching the no. 1 and no. 3 spots on the global best-selling lists on Bandcamp for thrash and death metal genres respectively. In the following years, GODLESS continued to push boundaries, embarking on extensive tours and releasing captivating music videos. Now composed of Abbas Razvi, Vishnu Reddy, Moiz Mustafa, and Kaushal LS, the band stands poised to unleash the latest single “Amorphous Mass” and embark on a tour spanning India, UAE, and Europe, reaffirming its status as torchbearers of the metal movement.
