Bologna-based heavy metallers IMAGO IMPERII are proud to announce that their new album “Century” will be released on February 20th via Metal Zone Italia!
“Century” will feature 9 brand-new tracks for over 37 minutes of musical experience and it will be available as CD and on the main digital streaming platforms.
The release is anticipated by the visualizer video for the song “Puppet Regime” – watch it here:
“Century,” the new album of Imago Imperii, is released more than four years after the previous “A Tale of Darkness and Hope.” Compared to the past, the album veers toward more traditional “old school” Heavy Metal sounds. New drummer Matt joined the band, bringing a fresh perspective that blended well with the original line-up made of Gwarner, Luke, and Mick. The lyrics of Gwarner are, as always, based on history, but this time focused more on 20th century and modern days. Isn't it a sign of the times?
The band is proud to show the artwork of “Century” - created by Dissonant Ink - while the definitive tracklist can be read as follows:
1) Warmonger
2) Puppet Regime
3) Operation Valkyrie
4) The Dissident
5) The Tartar Steppe
6) Lost Patrol
7) Death to Every Nation
8) Fake News
9) Man on the Moon
Album recorded, mixed and mastered by Marco Paradisi at Boat Studio. Voices and choirs recorded by Marcello Magoni.
