Finland’s Death/Thrash Metal Band SKULL ALTAR To Unleash “Diabolical” Album on March 20th!

Kuopio-based death/thrash metal merchants SKULL ALTAR are excited to announce that their new album “Diabolical” will be released as CD and digital on March 20th!
“Diabolical” showcases influences from the extreme metal greats of the 1980s and 1990s, but without copying anything, so the band brings its own vision to the mix. The songs tell about war, horror, hell, darkness, and human treachery.
The release is accompanied by a lyric video for the track “Broken By Religion”:
No mercy is given or forgiveness is asked for!
"On the threshold of war, the deepest hell and horror rise, they lead to despair and there is no hope. Despair and darkness are the only things you feel, the only things you live through. The mood is rough and merciless."

About:
SKULL ALTAR was founded in 2017. At that time, had been listening to thrash and death metal since the late 80s and early 90s, and had even played in some bands, so it was time to start finally their own band that would rage about those metal genres. Until 2020 the style was more thrash-oriented. The line-up changed over the years and the current expression is death metal-oriented, without forgetting the thrash roots. The band’s influences come from 1980s thrash and death metal music.
